Astral
A daily horoscope built from your own birth chart, not just your Sun sign.
Astral is in public beta on iPhone. The link opens Apple's TestFlight app, which installs it for free.
How it works
Tell it when and where you were born
Your birth date, your birthplace and, if you know it, your birth time.
Astral works out your chart
Where the Sun, the Moon and the planets were when you were born, calculated on your iPhone.
Each day, a reading for you
Astral reads how today's sky meets your chart, so your horoscope is yours, not your whole Sun sign's.
What you get
A theme and a mood
Every day's reading starts with a theme and a mood, plus notes on love, work and money when the sky has something to say about them.
On your Home Screen
A widget with today's reading, updated at midnight. The app shows you how to add it.
Your chart as a wheel
See your whole chart, with what each placement means.
“Why?” under every part
Tap it to see the transit that part of the reading came from.
Retrogrades, explained
Which planets are retrograde today, where they fall in your chart, and what that means.
Share your reading
Put any card of your reading on your Instagram Story, or send it as an image to any app.
No birth time? Still works
Astral uses a midday chart and tells you what that changes.
Private by design
Your birth details aren't saved
They're used once, to calculate your chart, then they're gone.
Your chart never leaves your phone
It's the only thing Astral keeps about you, and it's saved on your device only. Nothing is shared unless you tap Share. There's no account and no sign-up.
Online once
The one time Astral goes online is to look up your birthplace with Apple's map service. Your birth date and time aren't part of it.
